Problem with the New Holland C232

when you are diving it, it acts like the breaks are being applied. when i bought the machine and got in it, i drove straight and it was fine. When i turned and went in a straight line it would go from 8mph to 4mph going in a straight line it will keep on doing that until i stop and wait a few seconds it it would be fine again until i turn again. it would sometimes do it in reverse as well. i don't have any mods activated

It happens on both standard maps
