No headlights option till 21.00

Anyone else experience that you have no headlight option until the in game clock reads 21.00 by which time it's dark and you cant see, I'm playing on a ps4 pro,
It does it in all vehicles

Yes I'm having the same issue. I thought I was an *$#%§* and couldn't figure out how to turn lights on

Lol, yeh I thought I was loosing my mind at the start, I'm glad that someone else has experienced it aswell now hopefully that will get patched as it's annoying lol
