[FS19] Field of view setting is not always enforced

The field of view setting is not enforced on machines with a higher FOV setting, such as combines. It also does not affect the outdoor camera's. I would prefer a custom FOV to always be enforced across the board, the current behavior could possibly be retained by adding a "Default" FOV setting.
