[FS19][PS4] bug/issue with Kärcher HDS 9/18-4

- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Kärcher HDS 9/18-4 M

- Issue: The current button assignment doesn't allow the player to operate (O) the pressure washer and turn around (right stick) at the same time. There are at least four other button/trigger which much better than the O button.

This was exactly the same problem in FS17 ! Seriously ? Clearly none of you guys tested the game on PS4 ! Shame on you !

And the washing sounds like a fountain, not a high-pressure washer. It was much authentic in FS17.
