Problems with Chickens

The chickens create more waste then what they eat. I clean the feeding area and fill the trough I have grain left over.

I have two chicken coops. A small and a large. I have 99 chickens in the small coop. I have 370 chickens in the large coop and I get the same amount of eggs from each coop. I would have thought that I should 3 times more from the large coop.

I hope this is enough information.
