Väderstad Tempo L 16 misses spots

The Väderstad Tempo L 16 does the same thing as the Tempo V 8. It misses spots on the ground when sowing, usually on a hill but on flat surface too. Driving the planter over the missed spot and raising and lowering it fixes the ground most times.
