Xbox One bug - only host can limb trees in MP

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: XB1
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: all chainsaws
- Issue: Only the host (map owner) in multiplayer is able to remove limbs from trees with the chainsaw.
- Single- or Multiplayer: Multiplayer
- Steps to reproduce: cut down tree with chainsaw and try to remove limbs while not being the host.
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no Yes
