Incompetent workers on Felsbrunn's fileds

Take for example F12 and F13 on Felsbrunn. On spraying and spreading tasks, they will go crazy on the inner side (electric tower side) and the outer side (road side). This is very obvious with the sprayers on F13, the bigger they are, the more problems they will have.

Use the Kuhn Metris 4102 sprayer on F13.

I've noticed with plows (titan 11 is what I was using) on field 13 itll go to the side all of a sudden like its hitting something (i suppose northwest corner). Also when using hired help they will plow a couple passes then start going haywire and pull forward and reverse over and over or lift and drop the plow endlessly (ps4)
