Bug report: PS4 "Steering back speed" -setting has no effect

- Issue:
Changing steering back speed has no effect. Regardless what value is set 0-100%, steering back speed is the same 100%. Situation remains with standard dualshock4 and Thrustmaster T150 wheel.
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce: Occurs on any map, on any tested vehicle.
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no: Yes

Im having the exact same issue on xb1. That and also slow acceleration times regardless of what im driving.

Also on the Xbox without steering wheel (only standard controller), this setting has no effect. The steering speed in both directions is always slow.

Still something to the steering:
An additional adjustment of the deadzone would still be helpful. I think the default (about 15/15) is a little bit much.
