Stara equipment

Hi, it seems for my Xbox one x that whichever stara vehicle I select with or without all three maps loaded when in cab view the roads and scenery keep flickering to black and back to normal making it impossible to drive from inside..it’s on all stara vehicles, sorry if posted already but I couldn’t find a thread..it happens wether I buy one or do a contract.
