Button Combos not working, breaking controller

Using new patch, which is to allow combo buttons, in single player, stock map no mods, when I use a combo button it breaks other controls. See my example,

I have a logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick. I have the camera zoom mapped to the Trigger (button 1) and the hat up and down. I have the camera look up and down mapped to the hat up and down, and the left right to the hat left and right. Soon as I use the zoom function, all other functions of the hat no longer work, unless I get out of the vehicle, and jump back in. Then they work till I use the zoom again.

Now for walk I have that mapped to the joystick, walk forward is forward, backward is back, right is right and so on... run is mapped to the trigger button so when moving the joystick and pulling the trigger the player runs. That combo works perfectly, does not break anything.

I Have attatched my log even though nothing showed up.

Also I am using the steam version.
