Bug/Imporvement needed with stump grinder

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: PC
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: FSI ST 65 T Stumpgrinder
- Issue: Needs very, very precise positioning for it to work, its not enough to have the chipping animation, it needs to be right at some spot that you cant see for it to work.
- Single- or Multiplayer: Multiplayer
- Steps to reproduce: Grind stumps
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no: yes

I have to see I do not experience this. There is a small area around the stump that will allow the grinder. Sometimes I need to grind it in the upper position and in the lowered position, sometimes only in the lower position. Can you post a picture on where you would feel it would need to work and doesn't, maybe I can reproduce it.
