Xbox One bug - Vehicle sounds glitchy / missing

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: Xbox One
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: All motorized vehicles
- Issue: Engine sound on Mahindra Retriever missing completely, New Holland C232 Skidsteer engine sound steps up/down with acceleration/deceleration. Additionally, all other motorized vehicles have engine sounds cut out repeatedly at top speed (only while in a multiplayer farm and does NOT happen for the host of the map).
- Single- or Multiplayer: Multiplayer
- Steps to reproduce: Start multiplayer map and join (not as host of map), buy and drive any motorized vehicle at top speed.
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no Yes

These problems exist after latest update from 12/17/2018
