Silage is strong like rock

- Object: Bunker Silo Large (doubled)
- Issue: Driving over the silage at the bunker silo and it acts strong as rock, machines
getting stuck on it.
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce: Felsbrunn map, placeable bunker silo, after fermenting is done
and cover opened, try to drive over the silage with some heavy machine, it acts strong
as rock and does not move, should act like driving over the chaff before covering it up.
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no: standard map with mods

Note: all the fillables dumped into ground should act like chaff in bunker silo, not
like strong unmovable ground.

Small update on this one. I had problem also with other fill types.
I had the pig yard feeding area not cleaned, i used the tipper to dump some extra food for big, i drove on the feeding area to unload it, but it was full of pigfood, pigfood was
so strong, so the tipper got stuck, needed to reset it.
