Can't change option in game

I have a strange bug, in practice even if active or off options like the periodic plowing or lime in the game does not change anything, in fact now I have the periodic plowing activated and the lime deactivated, but does not give me the need to plow (even after 6/7 crops) and lime always obliges me to put it.

- On default map Felsbrunn
- difficult 2: manager

Plowing is only required after root crops. Also there is a number of mods installed from sources other than modhub.

Ok for the plowing, but for the lime?

I installed this mod after the problem, olny yesterday, but I have The problem from The beginning in november
