- Issue: Building will not place with no actionable reason given.

- Steps to reproduce:
- Flatten area for building.
- Place a shed down, not the Old mashinery shed.
- Place pressure washer near shed for washing parked equipment.
- Sell placed shed and pressure washer.
- Attempt to place old mashinery shed down.
Have not yet tried without mods.
I have $60,000 available cash, so its not a money issue, unless the game is lying to me.
And note, it is not just the Old mashinery shed that will not place down. I can not get anything to go down there now.
As can be seen from the image, I have sufficient funds for the building and the indicator is all green. No problems. No reason whatsoever for the placement to fail. At least as far as all indications to the player. So the game is lying to me, or just deciding not do what its supposed to be doing? I do not know. I am not getting anything usefull.
