Conveyor belts moving away

im using conveyor belts to store sugar cane in a shed. the grimme SL 80-22 QUANTUM belt when used on a worker in swing mode gradually walks forward. this is annoying as every time we have a delivery from the field we have to reset the worker and move it back. attaching it to the previous belt in the chain is frustrating as it moves all the other belts in the chain
