Poettinger Top windrower missing bits

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: Pc
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Poettinger Top 462 windrower
- Issue: Misses quite a lot of straw/grass/hay
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce: Try windrowing, especially headlands or slightly uneven areas (tractor being lifted on windrow perhaps).
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods: Yes (on default Felsbrunn) with and without mods.

I don't know if this affects other windrowers too, but it's certainly common with the small Poettinger one. Seems especially bad around field edges where the ground is less even. Things like balers (the small New Holland one) can pick up produce without issue though, so I guess it's just the working height of the windrower.

hi, i get the same issue with tedders so i was wondering could windrowers and tedders get a pass that would allow the joints to flex as they are meant to this would allow the hit boxes to register better perhaps?
