The Annoying Sugar Beet Harvester Pipe

The pipe on the in-game tractor pulled sugar beet harvester (haven't tried the self propelled yet) is pulling over my tractor/tipper. When either the tipper is full or is about to turn around, the worker will bring the pipe in. When it folds in, the pipe will fold under where my tipper usually is. Which will tip my equipment over.

Also, I see when the harvester (even the normal grain harvesters) are empty, they will automatically fold in and fold out for a split second.
