[READ] Auto cruise braking issue for console

[Skunkworks]

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: Xbox One
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Any vehicle
- Issue: When you are in auto cruise, you cannot brake using the left trigger, you need to push both upper trigger buttons and B to break. However when pulling the lower left trigger to break, the driver brake animation still takes place but the vehicle is not stopping. This does not seem to be an issue on PC using a controller, only for console.
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce: Engage auto cruise and push brakes with break trigger, vehicle will not stop.
