[FS19] [PC] New Holland TX32 Harvester won't harvest sunflower field

• PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: PC v1.2.0.1
• Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: New Holland TX32 with John Deere 608C header.
• Issue: The harvester will approach the field, however only harvests part of it. Some parts it refuses to harvest -- a hired worker reports it as blocked. If you take a "run up" then turn on harvester, it starts harvesting the crop but will reduce to 0 km/h. Reversing works fine.
• Single- or Multiplayer: Single
• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Sunflower field, ready to be harvested
  2. Vehicle as above
  3. Attempt to harvest

update: other harvester heads work fine -- so perhaps it's the combination of header, and crop.
