Contracts not available !!!!!

Why not all contracts available at this game?
MISSIONS :
> The fields on the map are owned by other computer-controlled farmers. They take care of their fields but are always in need of assistance.
> I know how to start contract what I’m saying when you finish harvesting there is no another contract to cultivate the field. Or even better you see fields need harvesting but no contract.
> So what I do for about 4 weeks I just leave game on pause for 2 hours and then I get all the contracts. Why is that ?
> 732 hour on FS19 I know how to play game I just what all contract available so I don’t need to leave my pc on all time.

> Fields 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 12, 17 need harvesting but only 4 contract available
> So if I leave my game on pause (have to switch off autosave because game crash after 10 min this another issue )
