RenderQuality/FPS on console is terrible

Hello, do anyone have the same issue like me?
When you watch to videoclips of console gameplay it looks better then on ur TV. My tv got 4K/60FPS but the game looks really ****. Does anyone know how I can fix this. Hit me up!
