UI keeps flashing.

my UI keeps flashing of and on when using different menus. in the shop it is like my mouse is stuck, i cant look around the vehicles in the shop i can only pan around a little bit. when using the map the little center marker keeps fashing. when i dont touch my mouse the f1 menu dissapers but when i touch my mouse it re-appears. i have some mods but only mods made by giants. i cant remember when it started. but it has been going on for at least a month
