FPS on ps4 PRO

I have the latest updates of fs19 on my ps4 PRO. And still havent started a save game because of the FPS. I cannot believe how bad it is. I have more detailed graphic games which run 100 times better.
They perfected it, then after the landscaping update it went back to how it was.
I cannot play whilst the game is like this. It is almost unplayable and most certainly unenjoyable.
Does any one else have this problem on the ps4 PRO and if not how do i fix it thanks.

I have PS4Pro and its far from unplayable (250 hours so far ) it can be noticeable at times but its not enough to keep me from playing almost daily. i dont like the HDR verses the 4k 17 had but it not going to change. Graphics dont matter when games like RDR2 only render stuff when you get close (draw distance ) where as FS renders the whole map at once .

I also have a PS4 Pro and the frame rate is completely problem free for me. I have tried 4 maps so far and none of them had any fps issues in any part of them. And I'm playing on a 1080P monitor with 1440P resolution via supersampling.

I haven't noticed any issues like this on my Pro either, occasional little hiccups but nothing of note.
Does this happen on all maps i.e. base game and mod maps?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, starting afresh with no mods downloaded? Just thinking it could be a mod causing the issue

Thanks i will give it a try. If it doesnt work then i dont know what to do
