Solar panels

On the Giants modhub website it says the solar panels are available for consoles, but I can't find them on the in-game modhub on my Xbox One.
FS13(Xbox 360), FS15(Xbox 360 & PC), FS17(Xbox One & PC), FS19(Xbox One)

By default, only TOP mods are displayed. To see them all in the modhub list, press the left stick on your Xbox controller.

I went through every page, even the "latest" page didn't show them. I will try again this evening.
