The brand that this tool is registered is SUTON instead of Lizard. The modder should change in the two .xml files ( bigbalefork.xml and bigbaleforkwl.xml ) the word SUTON and replace them by Lizard. No need to mention that in the modDesc.xml he registered the brand Lizard but he still needs to replace the word SUTON , otherwise the game log file will showing the error.
Is a 20 seconds job, and you should notify him to make the changes because when I do it myself the mod is asking me to update it
