Man IT Runner Mod causes Game Crash when Saving with Courseplay Installed

I have discovered last night that with the ModHub Man IT Runner mod, if you buy one of them and happen to be a PC Player with Courseplay installed and also active, the moment the Man IT Runner is purchased and placed into the map that if the game tries to AutoSave or the player tries to Manually Save the game, the game will lockup and hang endlessly in the menu with the save icon spinning. What's kinda worse this lockup/crash/hang whatever you want to call it, makes it impossible to tab out of the game or switch to task manager to force stop the game. You little have to hit the reset button on the PC or Power Cycle the computer to get out of the game.
