Lizard Container can't repair with workshop/traider

- PC/Mac/PS4/XB1: XB1
- version of game: 1.4
- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Lizard Container
- Issue: the container can't repair at traider or workshop
- Single- or Multiplayer: SP
- Steps to reproduce: when I want repair it
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no: -
- Which vehicles & machines are involved: Lizard Container

Repairing via the merchant menu works, but only when the condition falls below 70%
