Case Optum cab backlights and screens stay on and no seat suspension

- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: Case Optum
- Issue: The screen and pillar dash and other backlight areas do not switch off when the tractor is switched off. Also the tractor does not have seat suspension.
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce: Switch tractor on and off. Also drive around to see that seat suspension is not working.
- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no. Yes
