Fliegl SDS350J Low Loader Missing Straps

The Web Page Mod Hub shows an image of this trailer transporting straw bales that are strapped down.

As discussed in the General Discussion forum, the XML has references to straps but they are not available in game.

Can the straps be made available please or and explanation that the image was added in error?

This also begs the question of testing, not that the missing straps break the mod.
