Semi dry grass turned to snow

Yesterday I mowed my lawn on stone valley and when I loaded my save this morning the grass had turned to snow. It was semi dry grass the area that had already turned to hay is still hay. I finished my in game day and slept through the night now the hay is rotting normally, but the snow is still there despite temps between 60-80f. I did activate the straw harvest dlc.

My guess is you've added in the straw harvest add on ? If so have a look ate the thread on here as it appears that their is a bit on an issue between it and season/ added fill types.

same just happened to me. removed straw harvest and the snow was again grass. big thanks!!!

Fun fact, and I tested this myself, if you wait until it snows to activate straw harvest your map will be covered in straw pellets.
