Open Cow Pasture - manure issue, fix coming

Just wanted to let you know that I'm aware of an issue with manure not spawning on the open cow pasture. The info screen will show it as available (and I believe it's still usable by helpers) but it doesn't spawn in the heap walls. A fix is waiting with giants, and will hopefully be in place soon.

Sorry about that - the spawn location got reset after a small change I made right before sending. This will teach me to test everything before I hit the final upload button
