AFS Connect Magnum and Lizard SXHV-30 Cultivator

Playing on PS4, though I expect the Xbox suffers similarly.

I have been running the new Magnum Mod with the cultivator and noticed a reluctance to reach top working speed. I even upgraded to the Magnum 400 and still had issues. I swapped to the new 2020 JD 8R 230 Mod (253HP) and it was capable of a steady 9mph unlike the Magnum.
