John Deere 9500/9510 Harvester Bug

I started out harvesting my wheat field with the JD 9500 like normal and everything worked fine. I went to unload my tank at my gravity wagons and turned off the header as usual. The issue was the parts seen below in the linked picture did not stop and kept running as if the combine was still harvesting. It is very annoying and makes my combine slip a little when it is parked. I have no idea why this is happening and in every mod review I've seen, the combine works just fine.

Any idea why?
