Is this part of the current Seasons bug?

Hi all, playing XB1 on Welker Farms and last night I went to go into the animal pens section of the placeables in the shop menu, and it wouldn't let me. It'll load all the other placeable categories fine (miscellaneous, decorations, sheds, silos and farmhouses), just not that one.

So is this part that 1.3 update that we're waiting for on consoles, or do I need to start looking for a mod conflict? TIA.

Remove mod(s): Placable Factories, Seed Factory or Placeable Factories Pellet Pack

I don't have any of those.

I finally figured it out. Somehow or another I forgot to turn off the Old Production Pack on this save. Have done so and animal pens are accessible again.
