Case ih early rise and new Holland pl5015 planters jerking and jittering.

Tried multiple maps and even ran those maps without any other mods except the planter and nothing changed. So I don't believe it's a mod conflict. Im on ps4. I can hook up to it fine. Start pulling it. Its almost as if it's dragging on the ground and catching. Even pulling it on flat ground (not engaged or lowered or turned on mind you.) I have tried different in game tractors. Just in case the three point linkage/ hitch sat lower on one tractor than another. Also tried both planters (even though I know they are just reskins.) It's the same for me everytime. Just wanted to share this to get it out there in case others have had this problem.
