Lazy Acres Farms placeables

Trying out Lazy Acres and having an issue that whenever I sell a placeable, I can't put another one down on the same spot, getting the "The object collides with another object" error. Tried landscaping and field rolling the spot, no change. New farmer mode on XB1.

On lazy acres you cant sell your wool either! The auto load trailers are not working!

Rather than start a new thread, I think I'll add to this one.

I noticed with my chicken pen, the cleanliness never goes down, and even though I'm on seasons the food lasts 6 days.
