Can't get my pre orders to activate ps4

Cant get my saddletrac to activate. I'm on ps4 and it says its installed but doesnt show up to activate on the mod list for the game

Same issue on ps5. I think file is corrupted at PS servers

Wanted to add some more issues. The issue I have seen recently was with mirrors not showing the image but flickering and going black. I'm running a pay atm
