Rx 6600xt Issue Fs 2022

Hi,
I'm getting terrible stutters ingame, jumpy frame rate and a poor average FPS.
My Ram usage is less than half so is my Vram usage so thats not the issue.
Its rather annoying me as this pc will run horizon zero dawn at a stable 90fps on ultimate settings my older Rx 570 ran this game at the same speed.
