Fences drop

Fences on elevated ground drops down to the original level, it mainly happens in our dedicated server but also to my friend when i host.
Really ofputting you cant use the terraintool to build something nice in multiplayer.

Unless it happens on only one particular map, or with one particular fence mod, this isn't the right place.
I suggest filling in a bug report (link in signature)

I have tested this on all 3 maps with default fences and modded fences. When loading into the game, I can see the "chunks" of the world loading around me, and i can see where the original terrain level was and disappear as the chunks load up.
