Jumpy Jumpy

When I go to construction mod to place building my cursor is jumping to the middle. If I put him to top botum left or right he jump to the middle. I make the accident then. I put my building in the middle. Why does my cursor jumping?

Also is possible to get some list of fields only the player is owning? I is want list to use from "field lease mod" to make "work plan mod". How he makeing this list? Does existing a file say who own the field?
