[WON'T FIX] [FS 19] Animal animations - Unlock FPS cap

Animal animations are still broken in FS 19 when unlocking the FPS cap.

Known issue, can't do anything about that currently as our engine renders physics for every frame and some phenomena like this happen then. Too risky for a quick fix, I'm afraid.
