[SOLVED] Not changing audio output from Windows 10 mixer

- Vehicle/Tool/Model/Object: N/A
- Issue: When changing the audio output device on windows 10 mixer, the output doesn't actually change
- Single- or Multiplayer: Single
- Steps to reproduce:

* Start game
* Note output device
* open windows 10 mixer
* change output to a different device
* audio doesn't go to selected device, stays on the default one

- Does it happen on a standard map without mods yes/no

* yes ... happens on brand new clean install (steam)

Yes. The problem still persists using the 1.1.2.0 version, updated through steam as a beta update.

This bug still exists in 1.2.0.1.

Should I report it again (since it looks like this has been moved to "archived" for some reason)?

Somewhat related, it'd be great if the game-sounds didn't disappear when alt-tabbing out to a different application. I love streaming the game, but it unfortunately mutes sounds when I jump out to do something in stream-chat.
