Logitech G920 with PC, buttons 5 & 6, paddles don't change menu's as displayed and doesn't recognise button 11 either "X" button. Also in the last hour my wheel goes stiff when the game loads and is unusable!

You can unlock it by starting FS17 and quit again.

If you start the old version of the game ... the wheel gets unlocked (not stiff) ... then close FS17 down and play FS19 with a turning wheel ...

Doesn’t work. Been using Dirt 4 to do exactly that when I had FS17 and was doing the same with FS19 until earlier today when game got patched. Now nothing works and I’m not the only person experiencing it, there’s another post about the wheel issue since this update

After this all should be working like a charm
