[SOLVED] Multiplayer cutting off tree limbs

In multiplayer anyone who joins my game cant cut off the tree limbs like they could in FS17

I have the same problem on any multiplayer map I join I can't clean the tree limbs I can cut everything down just can't clean them. And when I start a multiplayer session the others on the map cannot do the same. This is on Console PS4 and it's with other Farm managers so I'm assuming they have every rights allowed.
