[WONTFIX] NPCs leave their crops wither too much.

I don't know whether this is intentional or not, but...

When I set the withering (growth speed: normal), many NPCs cannot manage their farm to be harvested in time, letting them wither.

Withered farms are even more frequent than normally harvested farms.

If we make them harvest more, then the player has less chance to do the harvest for them. It's a balance between the NPC doing the harvest, or the player doing it. (If then the player doesn't, it will likely wither).
