[MORE INFO] MOD Consolle bug ?

Hi all
I have installed the new patch 1.3
Now the MOD consolle don't install/uninstall the mods.
The process start and loop in download, install, download, install...
When I click on uninstall the message show me "uninstall impossible"
I have, uninstalled the game, than I have reinstalled, and I have reinstalled patch 1.3, but the error is the same.
please Help me.

Is this on PS4 or Xbox One?
Have you tried deinstalling/installing a mod and waiting for like a minute before heading back to the main menu? Does it show up then when starting a new game?
