Trying out the realistic seeder mod for some autumn seeding of covercrops and winter wheat. I found the pallets to be very "bouncy", so if anyone else is trying them I would recommend using the CSZ pallet forks where you can attach the pallet:

It's an extremely wet Autumn - to the point where I am getting unsure if we will get the rest of the harvest in. But other jobs on the farm keep up busy in the meantime!

Hey I really enjoy your videos! Would you by chance know where the straw trigger is for the pigs?

Hi FarmCatJenkis
Thank you very much - I am glad you are enjoying the videos.

The straw trigger for pigs is along the central row/path in the pig stable- same place as where you drop pig food. The area accepts both bales and loose straw.
Hope this helps!

Hmm weird I'll have to go back in and check it out. I just figured on doing slurry with my pigs and manure with my cows. I thought I checked the middle with a bale, even F5ed to find the triggers, but I'll try again. Thanks for the reply!

It's been a long and wet autumn so far, but we're finally seeing a weather window to perhaps get the rest of the harvest in!

@FarmCatJenkins - I do find that trigger a bit temperamental sometimes too

Hi all

It's been a while since there was a new episode. As i explained in the last episode, there's a new version of Eiersholt coming out soon, and I have been fortunate enough to be part of the testing. So this isn't exactly the next step on my farm, but here's a little trailer for the new version of the map - which introduces a huge range of changes - so It is going to be fun to continue the series with a whole new range of options and challenges!

We're finally back - now on the ModHub version of the map. I managed to transfer most of the old farm across, so picking back up in early winter:

Cracking on in winter - there's a lot of grain to start getting moved off the farm - and a whole big bunch of potatoes!

I will say the narrator's voice in these videos is amazing. Very calm, almost soothing. I'd listen to this guy read the phone book.
See you up the road!

It's time for some winter logging. We did logging in previous years, but this time it's in a new area with some plans on changing the are up once the snow clears:
