Multipoint LED Lights in data folder

Hello,

I noticed that in the folder data/shared/assets/lights/lizard there was no xml file for the lightrearMultipointLEDLight_01, so I created the xml file to make it work, I wanted to send the file to Giant in order to integrate it into an update or other.
I think it would be interesting to be able to use these lights for the next mods.
